Wound Care Outside the Clinic and Hospital

Due to various limitations with access to care, medicine is evolving into a model with varied sites of service, designed to “meet individuals where they are”. These include mobile health delivery, telehealth and street medicine and patients requiring wound management can present across this care continuum. This session will discuss the unique challenges of various non-traditional settings and provide attendees with practical guidance to optimize treatment outcomes.
