VLU: Compression in Venous and Mixed Disease

Adequate compression therapy is a major component of the care of patients with leg ulcers due to chronic venous insufficiency. This session with review best practice in determining ideal compression for patients with venous ulcers. For leg ulcer patients with mixed venous and arterial disease, when and how to use compression, and when to avoid it, will be also be discussed.
