Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) are among the most complex and high-risk wounds mobile clinicians manage—yet the mobile environment offers unique opportunities to address both the wound and the underlying disease. This session explores how mobile practice enables a more holistic approach to diabetes care, combining advanced wound therapies such as grafting, debridement, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with real-time insight into nutrition, medication adherence, mobility, and patient education. Through case-based discussion, faculty will highlight strategies to optimize healing, reduce complications, and improve long-term outcomes by leveraging the full scope of diabetes management in the patient’s own environment.
