Selecting the right dressing in mobile wound care requires balancing clinical expertise with the realities of the patient’s environment. Mobile clinicians have a unique vantage point—seeing how wounds and dressings perform in real-world conditions. This session uses case-based examples to explore dressing selection across wound types and healing phases, addressing moisture balance, infection control, and cost-effectiveness. Faculty will also discuss strategies to streamline supply management and standardize product use, helping clinicians make confident, evidence-based decisions that improve outcomes wherever care is delivered.
