Pigmentary Disorders in Richly Pigmented Skin

Pigmentary disorders present unique diagnostic and therapeutic challenges in patients with skin of color. This session reviews conditions such as melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and hypopigmentation disorders. Faculty will highlight evidence-based treatments and common pitfalls to avoid. Emphasis will be placed on culturally competent care and patient-centered communication.
