Marcus S. Speyrer, RN, CWS, FACCWS, DAPWCA is the Chief Executive Officer and Partner in The Wound Treatment Center, LLC & The Wound Treatment Center Consulting, LLC in Opelousas, LA. He began in wound care in 1993. He is a Registered Nurse and Certified Wound Specialist. He received his Associate Degree in Nursing at the University of New York Regents College in 1995. He has participated in numerous research trials and has several publications. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the peer-reviewed journal, WOUNDS. He has served on multiple advisory panels and is a consultant with Solventum. Member of the Undersea Hyperbaric Medical Society, the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care, American Professional Wound Care Association, and Fellow of the American College of Certified Wound Specialists.
