Prateek Grover, MBBS, PhD, MHA, FAAPMR, is a rehabilitation physician-scientist and national leader committed to strengthening care systems for people with limb loss, limb difference, and limb preservation needs. He is recognized internationally for advancing how health systems understand the patient journey and for developing more reliable, person-centered pathways of care. His work draws on training in rehabilitation medicine, biomedical engineering, healthcare administration, implementation science, and artificial intelligence. He is the architect of the Diagnosis-Specific Rehabilitation Continuum (DRC) Learning Health Systems model, designed to build programs that align clinical practice, operations, technology, and policy to improve access, deliver consistent support, and achieve better outcomes for patients and families.

At Penn State College of Medicine, Dr. Grover serves as Associate Professor of PM&R and Director of LimbRehabCaRES, a center of excellence where he leads efforts to build an integrated rehabilitation learning health ecosystem. His additional institutional leadership roles include Co-Director of Health Systems Science for GME, Vice Chair of Quality and Safety for PM&R, Associate Residency Program Director (Research), and Adjunct Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Grover is also a prominent voice in national patient and professional advocacy, guiding rehabilitation and limb loss policy efforts through the Amputee Coalition, the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine, and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
