Dr. Loren Nunley is the Chief Infection Prevention Officer for Personic Health, a mobile, in-home advanced wound care organization delivering care across multiple states. A highly accomplished Infectious Diseases physician, Dr. Nunley specializes in infection prevention, antimicrobial stewardship, wound-related infections, and healthcare quality improvement.

He has developed and implemented evidence-based infection prevention strategies to improve wound-healing outcomes, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, and enhance patient safety in home-based care settings. His work focuses on bridging the gap between clinical excellence and scalable healthcare delivery, particularly for medically complex and underserved patient populations.

Dr. Nunley attended New York University for undergraduate studies and Georgetown University School of Medicine and Howard University College of Medicine for his medical education, where he simultaneously earned his MD and MBA through Howard University School of Business. He completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University / ChristianaCare Health System, followed by fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

A national speaker on infectious diseases, infection prevention, and healthcare disparities, Dr. Nunley is recognized for combining clinical insight, process innovation, and people-centered leadership to advance the future of wound care.
