Warren Joseph

Dr. Warren S. Joseph is a specialist in the treatment of lower extremity infectious diseases. He received his podiatric degree from the Wm. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. Dr Joseph completed his postgraduate training in podiatric medicine/surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital, and a fellowship in infectious diseases at Hahnemann University School of Medicine, both in Philadelphia. He is currently an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.

Dr Joseph is a fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and sits on the IDSA Diabetic Foot Infection Guidelines Committee. He is also certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and currently serves as Editor of the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr Joseph lectures extensively and his presentations have focused on the treatment of bacterial and fungal infections of the lower extremity. He has authored over 100 publications in the field of lower extremity infections.

Dr. Killeen earned her degree at Barry University, completed a residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Arizona Healthcare System, and gained advanced training in Diabetic Limb Salvage through clinical and research fellowships at the University of Texas Southwestern.
Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Wound Management, Dr. Killeen is a fellow of the American College of Podiatric Medicine, where she serves on the board of directors. In the American Diabetes Association, she chairs Foot Care and Lower Extremity Complication for the Scientific Sessions.
Dr. Killeen’s academic and clinical interests focus on diabetic foot problems, including chronic wounds, recurrent soft tissue infections, and osteomyelitis. Her current interests include differentiation of recurrent versus new infection, translation of porcine models of wound healing into human, host-microbiome interaction, and stimulation of angiogenesis with oxygen. Her recent publications include a chapter contribution to Rutherford’s Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy. She serves as an ad hoc reviewer for journals including Advances in Skin and Wound Care, Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
In 2022, Dr. Killeen received the American Podiatric Medical Association’s Wound Care Podiatrist Scholarship and later that year was inducted into the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow.
In 2023, Dr. Killeen moved to the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley to bring her passion to podiatry students in classroom and clinic.

Tracy Zivin-Tutela, M.D. is a Board Certified Infectious Diseases Specialist. Dr. Zivin-Tutela is the Owner and Director of her Infectious Diseases practice. After graduating from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she went to Saba University School of Medicine, earning her Doctorate of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at UMDNJ- Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ. She continued her training in New York City where she did her fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Columbia University- St. Luke's -Roosevelt Hospital Center.

After completion of her training, Dr Zivin-Tutela practiced Infectious Diseases in Manhattan for 10 years. During this time she was the Medical Director of Westside Infectious Diseases as well as Director of Transplant Infectious Diseases at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. She recently moved her practice to Southern California to continue caring for patients in general Infectious Diseases as well as Wound Care medicine. She is on the Board of Directors for the American Board of Wound Medicine and Surgery and on the Editorial Board of WOUNDS. She has been featured in numerous media venues including NBC Nightly News, Good Morning America as well as Parenting magazine and the NY Daily News to name a few. She was named Super Doctors- Rising Star in NY along with NJ Monthly Top Doctors .
