Dr. Jubilee Brown is the Division Director of Gynecologic Oncology at the Levine Cancer Institute at Atrium Health and Professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Brown completed her fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, then stayed on as faculty for 14 more years, achieving the rank of Professor with Tenure. While at MD Anderson, she was the Chair Elect of the Faculty Senate. Dr. Brown was then recruited to Levine Cancer Institute in 2016, and leads the team in gynecologic oncology. She developed the fellowship in gynecologic oncology. She has over 140 peer-reviewed publications and edited five textbooks, has delivered over 300 invited presentations on 5 continents, and has been the PI on multiple collaborative group trials. Her research focus centers on rare tumors and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Brown serves as the President Elect II of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology and is the Co-Chair of the NRG Oncology Rare Tumor Committee. Dr. Brown is also the President of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy and the Experiential Education lead for gyn oncology for IRCAD North America.
