2026 Sessions

Plenary: Biomarkers Beyond Boundaries: Advancing Precision Oncology with Tumor-Agnostic Therapies

Tumor-agnostic therapies are reshaping precision oncology by enabling treatment decisions based on molecular alterations rather than tumor site. This plenary reviews key biomarkers, scientific rationale, and recent clinical advances driving this paradigm shift. The session examines the efficacy, safety, and mechanisms of approved and emerging tumor-agnostic agents, along with practical challenges such as testing access and interpretive complexity.
