Dawn Naylor, DNP, MSN, ACNP, CANS is the founder of the Dawn Naylor DNP Facial Ultrasound Training Center and Skin Esteem Aesthetic & Wellness Center in Kingston, Massachusetts. A Doctor of Nursing Practice and ACNP she brings more than 20 years of clinical experience spanning critical care, cardiology, aesthetic medicine, and advanced procedural practice. She is also co-founder of the Aesthetic Medical Providers of Massachusetts.
Widely recognized as one of the world's leading facial ultrasound educators, Dr. Naylor is an international speaker, trainer, consultant, and researcher specializing in facial vascular anatomy, ultrasound-guided aesthetics, complication prevention and management, and patient safety. She has served as faculty for national and international educational programs and has taught advanced facial ultrasound and anatomy courses throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, including the United States, Canada, France, and Singapore. She has also moderated and instructed cadaver-based anatomy programs alongside internationally recognized aesthetic physicians.
Dr. Naylor completed her doctoral studies under the mentorship of facial ultrasound pioneer Dr. Peter Velthuis. Her doctoral quality improvement project, Integrating Ultrasound into Medical Aesthetics, was published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (JAAD) and contributed to the growing evidence supporting ultrasound-guided aesthetic practice.
Dr. Naylor serves as featured faculty for the Harvard Medical School Executive Education program, Aesthetics Innovation Leadership Summit: Shaping the Future of Aesthetic Medicine. As Principal Investigator, she leads facial ultrasound research initiatives in collaboration with Dr. Peter Velthuis and Dr. Leonie Schelke, advancing innovation, safety, and evidence-based standards in aesthetic medicine worldwide.
