Lauren Shea

Dr. Shea is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology & Oncology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is also a member of the UAB Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program and provides transplant and CAR T-cell therapy for patients with lymphoma. She completed fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis before joining UAB faculty in 2021. She is the Director of the UAB Lymphoma Program and leads the UAB Multidisciplinary Cutaneous Lymphoma Clinic. She also serves on the NCCN panels for T-cell Lymphomas and Primary Cutaneous Lymphomas. Her research focuses on targeted therapies and transplantation for patients with lymphoma, with a special interest in T-cell lymphoma.
