Tim Seplaki, BS, NRP, CPM, is the Chief of EMS Data and Technology for the New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Disaster Preparedness, Resiliency and Emergency Medical Services. He oversees the state's electronic Patient Care Reporting and EMS data systems. As a member of the National Association of EMS Officials Data Managers Council, he works with data standards and chairs the NASEMSO Opioid Working Group. Tim coordinates bio-surveillance data on opioid overdoses and speaks nationally on EMS and opioid crisis response. Tim has over 30 years in EMS and 22 years in the Department. He has served as a Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic, Flight Paramedic, Instructor, and remains active in the EMS community. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from George Washington University and is a Certified Public Manager.
