Tom Bouthillet

Tom Bouthillet is Captain - Policy, Accreditation, and ISO Manager for Chatham County Fire Department, former Battalion Chief of EMS for Hilton Head Island Fire Rescue, and Advisor for Cambridge Consulting Group. He was Resuscitaiton Business Development Manager for Laerdal Medical, Program Implementation Manager for RQI Partners, a member of NREMT's Continued Competency Agenda Steering Committee, NENA's Telecommunicator CPR Working Group, and NHTSA’s High Performance CPR Working Group (CPR LifeLinks). He was also Program Director of the South Carolina Resuscitation Academy, Co-Producer of the Code STEMI Web Series, and Content Expert for the 12-Lead ECG Challenge smartphone app. Tom is interested in process improvement, system performance, human factors, crew resource management, and evidence-based performance measures for time-sensitive diagnoses.
