A dedicated educator, Eric has authored two best-selling books and delivered 95 national and international lectures on emergency and critical care. His podcast has reached over 6 million downloads, sharing vital insights with a global audience.

Eric’s contributions have earned notable recognition, including the 2017 EMSWORLD Innovation Award and the 2018 John Jordan Award for Excellence. He was also named an Honorary Fellow of the Academy of Air & Surface Transport Nurses—the first paramedic to receive this distinction. Through writing, speaking, and podcasting, Eric continues to impact the field by making complex medical topics accessible and advancing education in critical care transport.
