Mentoring, molding, growing new leaders. These catch phrases are often shared, but what do they mean? Should we mentor our team members? How is mentoring different from educating and growing?

Mentoring is a formal relationship one experiences to grow and understand their leadership potential for a defined period. It takes dedication and commitment. Too often, leaders claim they are too busy to mentor others. This presentation will help highlight why mentoring is one of the most important undertakings of your career as you’ll find mentorship does just help you grow another leader, it also makes you better too! Come join Kevin Collopy in an engaging conversation about mentoring successes and challenges. Enjoy listening to shared experiences, and walk away with strategies to improve your mentoring.
