He received his medical degree from NYU School of Medicine and completed both his diagnostic radiology residency and interventional radiology fellowship at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. Dr. Levy’s clinical and research expertise centers on Interventional Oncology, with a particular focus on musculoskeletal ablative therapies and liver-directed therapies. He served as the lead author of the OPUS One trial — the largest prospective musculoskeletal ablation study ever conducted. An internationally recognized speaker, he has lectured extensively on interventional oncology worldwide. He is an active member and Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR). Dr. Schiro completed his fellowship training with Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute in 2010 following his diagnostic radiology residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2004. Dr. Schiro now serves as the Program Director for the Independent Interventional Radiology Residency with Miami Vascular and is also the medical director for the medical sonography program at Nova Southeastern University. He is the medical director of the System-Wide Quality Assurance Committee for the Noninvasive Vascular Lab at Baptist Hospital Health South Florida. He also serves on the IAC Vascular Testing Board of Directors as a representative of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR). Dr. Tutton received his degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey School Medical School in 1991 and completed his internship, residency and fellowship at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University in Chicago IL. He joined UCSD in 2021. He also received additional board certification in Hospice and Palliative Care in 2012. His clinical focus has been caring for cancer and non-cancer patients with pain and advancing the art of interventional radiology through clinical research. His principal areas of interest include treatment of musculoskeletal tumors with embolization, ablation, and stabilization of pathologic fractures. He helped develop a minimally invasive treatment of patients suffering from painful cancer related pelvic fractures utilizing a combination of ablation, screw, and cement fixation which interventionalists are now utilizing at multiple centers around the world.
