Navigating Fibromyalgia in Primary Care: From First Symptoms to Personalized Management

Supported by an educational grant from Tonix Pharmaceuticals.

This program addresses fibromyalgia (FM), a complex, prevalent condition marked by chronic pain, unrefreshing sleep, fatigue, and psychiatric comorbidities that significantly impact patients' quality of life. Since primary care providers are typically the first point of contact for these patients, this program equips them to accurately diagnose FM despite its overlapping symptom profile and to manage the interplay between pain, sleep, and psychological symptoms. With the first new FM therapy approved in over 15 years, this program offers practical, evidence-based guidance on current and emerging treatments to support individualized, patient-centered care.
