Victor Czerkasij, Doctor of NP, DCNP, FNP-C, CWCP, MSN, MA, is the senior provider at Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Dermatology, PC, a group of ten offices and 40 providers serving Tennessee and Georgia for thirty years. He is professor and adjoint faculty at his alma maters Vanderbilt University; clinical instructor at Southern Adventist University; dermatology lecturer for Fitzgerald Health Education Associates (FHEA); and a Harvard Scholarship awardee in 1984. On the Editorial Advisory Board of the Nurse Practitioner Journal (NPJ), he also reviews dermatology submissions for the Journal for NP (JNP). He conducts original research primarily in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, works closely with the Society of Dermatology NP's (SDNP), and is the founder of the Dermatology NP site on Facebook with over 6,000 members. A member of a dozen advisory boards and committees, he played a role on APP national guidelines for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Dr. Czerkasij was recently recognized as one of fifty America's Influential NP's by the NPJ, and has traveled six times to Ukraine since the Russian invasion delivering dermatology lectures at medical universities; worked at burn and cancer centers providing care to civilians and soldiers; assisted in dermatology cases at several Children's Hospitals (K'yiv and L'viv), and has received several commendations and honors from the Ukrainian government and Ministry of Health for his assistance during this difficult and dangerous time. In between, Dr. Czerkasij leads tours to the Middle East, participates in amateur archeology, and proud of his hand-built outdoor wood-fired pizza oven.

Dr. Alice B. Gottlieb is an internationally recognized expert in the field of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Her research uses targeted immunobiologics as pathogenic probes, providing a new understanding of the pathogenesis of psoriasis and providing the foundation for biologic drug development in these two debilitating diseases. In addition, she is a noteworthy researcher, but she is also an exceptionally outstanding clinician and educator. She is triple board-certified in dermatology, rheumatology, and internal medicine, making her one of only a handful of doctors in the United States to be certified in all three specialties. Her research has helped the numerous students, residents, and fellows she has trained, as well as the dermatologic community at large, which wants to understand how to diagnose and manage psoriatic arthritis. Dr. Gottlieb is the recipient of numerous awards, including the American Academy of Dermatology’s (AAD) 2023 Master Dermatologist Award and the 2016 National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) Outstanding Educator in Psoriatic Disease Award.

Joseph F. Merola, MD, MMSc is Chair of Dermatology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX; he is Professor of Dermatology, Medicine and Rheumatology at UTSW and the Peter O’Donnell Jr School of Public Health. He holds the Mary Kay Distinguished Chair in Dermatology. Dr. Merola is board-certified in Dermatology, Internal Medicine, and Rheumatology. He earned his medical degree at the NYU School of Medicine and his Masters at Harvard Medical School. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, residency in Dermatology at NYU Medical Center. He continued with a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Rheumatology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School in Boston. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology, is the Founding President of PPACMAN, is on the Scientific and Medical Boards of the National Psoriasis Foundation, Board of the International Dermatology Outcome Measures Group and president-elect of GRAPPA, the Board of the American Skin Association, on the Medical and Scientific Board of the Lupus Foundation of America. He is also the recent past president of the Medical Dermatology Society and is president-elect of the Rheumatology-Dermatology Society. He is a councilor for the International Eczema Council as well as the International Psoriasis Council. He has served on multiple committees including the AAD Guidelines Committee. Dr. Merola has published over 340 peer-reviewed publications and received numerous awards for education, research and mentorship.

Lindsay Murphy, FNP-C, CANS is an aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Skin Esteem Aesthetic & Wellness Center in Kingston, Massachusetts. With 7 years of experience in aesthetics and 5 years incorporating facial ultrasound into her practice, she specializes in advanced facial aesthetics with a focus on anatomy, ultrasound-guided injectables, patient safety, and evidence-based care.

Lindsay has completed advanced facial ultrasound training under the mentorship of Dawn Naylor, DNP, CANS, as well as additional training with facial ultrasound pioneer Dr. Peter Velthuis. She also serves as a research assistant supporting facial ultrasound research focused on advancing patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Lindsay is honored to present the facial ultrasound curriculum developed by Dr. Dawn Naylor, sharing the techniques and principles that have become an integral part of her own clinical practice.

Rosemary Son is a PA practicing in the Dermatology Clinic of UT Southwestern since 2014, and now serves as the APP team lead.
Prior to this she practiced as a bariatric dietitian at UT Southwestern.
She has been involved in the leadership of the SDPA, the Texas Dermatology APP society.

Cynthia J. Trickett, PA-C, MPAS, is a Physician Assistant with North
Dallas Dermatology Associates and an adjunct faculty member for the
Physician Assistant Departments of both the University of Texas
Southwestern and the University of North Texas. After 33 years of
service, she retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel with the
United States Air Force where she has served in both the Air Force
Reserves and the Texas Air National Guard in the Biomedical Science
Corps. Cynthia completed her master’s degree in Physician Assistant
studies with a concentration in Dermatology at The University of
Nebraska. She is considered an expert in her field and treats most
general dermatology concerns, but she has a passion for psoriasis,
atopic dermatitis, Hidradentitis Suppurativa, and other chronic
inflammatory diseases. She has guest lectured for the National
Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) and lectures to Dermatology practitioners
nationally on psoriatic disease. In 2018, she was presented with the
America’s Top PA award by her peers, and she received the Service
Award from the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) in
2023. In 2025, she was nominated for PA of the year by the American
Academy of PAs. In 2025 she was awarded the Texas Veteran Commendation Recognition.

Dr. Flamm is an Associate Professor of Dermatology at NYU where she practices dermatology and dermatopathology. She has a clinical focus on contact dermatitis and also serves as Program Director of the Dermatology Residency and is the previous Dermatopathology Fellowship Director. Dr. Flamm is President-Elect of the American Contact Dermatitis Society (ACDS), as well as a previous Board Member of the ACDS. She is an incoming Board Member of the American Academy of Dermatology and an Associate Editor for several journals within dermatology, including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and Journal of Cutaneous Pathology.
She is also very active in the areas of health policy and coding and is a member of the AMA Relative Value Scale Update Committee (RUC) and a previous RUC Advisor for the American Academy of Dermatology. She has been a member of and led multiple committees related to practice management, payer relations and advocacy for the AAD, ACDS and ASDP.
Dr. Flamm received her Medical Degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident. She completed her dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. She has authored numerous publications and textbook chapters and won institutional and national awards for her teaching and advocacy work.

Dr. Flamm is an Associate Professor of Dermatology at NYU where she practices dermatology and dermatopathology. She has a clinical focus on contact dermatitis and also serves as Program Director of the Dermatology Residency and is the previous Dermatopathology Fellowship Director. Dr. Flamm is President-Elect of the American Contact Dermatitis Society (ACDS), as well as a previous Board Member of the ACDS. She is an incoming Board Member of the American Academy of Dermatology and an Associate Editor for several journals within dermatology, including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and Journal of Cutaneous Pathology.
She is also very active in the areas of health policy and coding and is a member of the AMA Relative Value Scale Update Committee (RUC) and a previous RUC Advisor for the American Academy of Dermatology. She has been a member of and led multiple committees related to practice management, payer relations and advocacy for the AAD, ACDS and ASDP.
Dr. Flamm received her Medical Degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident. She completed her dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. She has authored numerous publications and textbook chapters and won institutional and national awards for her teaching and advocacy work.

Dawn Naylor, DNP, MSN, ACNP, CANS is the founder of the Dawn Naylor DNP Facial Ultrasound Training Center and Skin Esteem Aesthetic & Wellness Center in Kingston, Massachusetts. A Doctor of Nursing Practice and ACNP she brings more than 20 years of clinical experience spanning critical care, cardiology, aesthetic medicine, and advanced procedural practice. She is also co-founder of the Aesthetic Medical Providers of Massachusetts.
Widely recognized as one of the world's leading facial ultrasound educators, Dr. Naylor is an international speaker, trainer, consultant, and researcher specializing in facial vascular anatomy, ultrasound-guided aesthetics, complication prevention and management, and patient safety. She has served as faculty for national and international educational programs and has taught advanced facial ultrasound and anatomy courses throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, including the United States, Canada, France, and Singapore. She has also moderated and instructed cadaver-based anatomy programs alongside internationally recognized aesthetic physicians.
Dr. Naylor completed her doctoral studies under the mentorship of facial ultrasound pioneer Dr. Peter Velthuis. Her doctoral quality improvement project, Integrating Ultrasound into Medical Aesthetics, was published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (JAAD) and contributed to the growing evidence supporting ultrasound-guided aesthetic practice.
Dr. Naylor serves as featured faculty for the Harvard Medical School Executive Education program, Aesthetics Innovation Leadership Summit: Shaping the Future of Aesthetic Medicine. As Principal Investigator, she leads facial ultrasound research initiatives in collaboration with Dr. Peter Velthuis and Dr. Leonie Schelke, advancing innovation, safety, and evidence-based standards in aesthetic medicine worldwide.
