This session examines real examples of decisive leadership, rapid problem-solving, and multi-level coordination that emerged during and after the event, highlighting how leaders sustained mission focus even when traditional systems were compromised.

Drawing from qualitative interviews with divisional heads, deputy commissioners, and special operations personnel across multiple parishes, this presentation showcases the positive leadership behaviors that restored situational awareness, rebuilt operational rhythm, and supported continuous service to affected communities. Attendees will gain insights into command presence strategies, including structured improvisation, communication challenges, and priority-based decision-making.
