Dr. Jerry Allison, MD, FACEP, FAAFP, CPE is a nationally recognized leader in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and emergency medicine. He serves as Chief Medical Officer at Western Healthcare and National Medical Director at Offor Health. Dr. Allison has over 35 years of experience, having held roles such as EMS Director for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and National Medical Director for Adeptus Health. He has pioneered Mobile Integrative Health initiatives at Molina Healthcare of Texas and is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Allison holds a Medical Degree and Board Certifications in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine, and is a Certified Physician Executive.

Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) programs are expanding, offering EMS agencies an opportunity to deliver proactive care. However, many organizations hesitate to launch these programs due to concerns about staffing, budgets, or unclear program scope. This session introduces "Micro-MIH," a scalable approach that allows EMS agencies to start small and demonstrate early success. Participants will learn how to implement a simple, effective MIH program with their existing resources, focusing on manageable patient groups, training staff, and integrating workflows with emergency departments. The session will cover how to avoid common pitfalls like over scoping, poor documentation, and burnout.
