Faculty Agenda

Randi has distinguished career as a clinical leader and innovator in emergency and trauma care, including more than 20 years of experience in military medicine. In her last roles before retirement Randi served as Chief of Clinical Operations for the Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resole, where she led development and implementation of OIR-wide prehospital blood program. Randi served as Director of Research for the Southwest Texas Advisory Council (STRAC), she helped develop and lead the first civilian prehospital blood program in the US. She is President of the Prehospital Blood Transfusion Coalition, helped create North Carolina Prehospital Blood Coalition, and a member of the AABB Prehospital Standards Committee. She has assisted more than 50 EMS agencies establsh blood programs across the country.
