Brooke has dedicated her career to advancing patient safety, leadership, and culture in EMS. Drawing from over thirty years of frontline paramedic experience and national-level QI collaboration, she helps agencies design systems that make excellence the norm. Brooke is a published researcher and serves on EMS World's Editorial Review Board and committees for the National EMS Information System (NEMSIS). Brooke is Past President of the National EMS Management Association (NEMSMA) and President of the National EMS Quality Alliance (NEMSQA). Brooke teaches for national leadership programs including the National Association of EMS Physicians (NAEMSP) Quality and Safety Course. Brooke was the recipient of the American Ambulance Association 2016 award for Best Quality Improvement Program. Brooke’s work centers on building emotionally intelligent, accountable, high-trust EMS teams through clarity, connection, and data-driven improvement.
