Lisa DeBoer started out in EMS in 1991 with dreams of becoming a flight medic. However, after living through a horrific ambulance crash, Lisa’s future was altered forever. What she used to call “the worst night of my life,” ultimately put her on the path to becoming a paramedic, entrepreneur, and pediatric president/CEO.
