2026 Sessions

Peds Pig Lab Plus: The Hands-On Experience

After 25-years of “teaching better ways to care for kids” around the globe, the Pedi-Ed-Trics team has combined the best of their courses into a five-hour, all hands-on, pediatrics training experience for EMS World attendees!

Immerse yourself in the essentials of pediatric emergency care ranging from Basics of Broselow and Handling Handtevy, to pathophysiology and procedures from the inside out with our ever evolving pediatric pig lab. Come prepared to get messy, as we will work with harvested pig hearts and lungs to enable attendees to better understand emergency/critical care procedures and pathophysiology from the inside out. We provide the PPE—you come play peds with us!

*Note*: Emergency skills will be practiced on harvested pig organs.

NO animals were euthanized for the purpose of this course.

Maximum: 36 attendees for each of Monday or Tuesday afternoon’s sessions
