As an experienced EMS provider for over 30 years, Douglas has extensive experience as an EMS Training Officer and Division Chief of EMS, overseeing EMS operations. Mr. Randell has a bachelor's degree in business management and has been in active in EMS as a national speaker, advocate, and EMS educator.
