Zachary L. Bercu, MD RPVI FSIR, is a Professor of Radiology at the Emory University School of Medicine and an Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He serves as Program Director for the Interventional Radiology Integrated and Independent Residency Programs, as Co-Director of the Resident Medical Innovation Track (open to all Emory and Morehouse residents), and as Vice President of the Southeastern Angiographic Society (SEAS). His clinical and research focus includes image-guided innovation, endovascular and percutaneous medical robotics, interventional oncology (including Y-90 radioembolization/selective internal radiotherapy), prostate artery embolization, endocrine interventions, and the endovascular approach to pelvic venous disorder.
