Dr. Chan is President of STARS Plastic Surgery, a multi-physician plastic surgery group practice located in San Antonio, TX. He performs the full spectrum of plastic surgical procedures with a passion for solving difficult problems, wounds, scars and burn scars. He is also Chief of Plastic Surgery at the United States Army Burn Center and Professor of Surgery, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
