D. R. is the founder and managing partner of Trinity Forest Partners. He is responsible for the daily operations of Trinity Forest Partners an investment firm focused on acquiring behavioral health businesses. D. R. also consults with C4 Consulting. He is the former COO of The Haven at College, there he led the expansion of virtual and in-person behavioral health programs for college students, working closely with universities, payers, and clinicians to improve access to mental health care in California.

Prior to Trinity Forest Partners, he worked in fast growing small businesses as the Vice President of Campus Development of Arizona College of Nursing, where he was responsible for opening new campuses in Arizona, Florida, Michigan and Utah. Before that he worked at LeaseQuery, a lease accounting SaaS, which in 2020 had a three year average growth rate of 500%. Prior to that, he worked in William Blair’s San Francisco office in Technology investment banking.

D. R. began his career at Boeing where he worked as an engineering project investigator and project manager in Boeing advanced prototyping division Phantom Works. He developed advanced manufacturing technologies for future aircraft, rotorcraft, and spacecraft. He collaborated on early stage research with national labs and global suppliers.

D. R. earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a masters in Applied Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a bachelors in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He grew up in Dallas, Texas and currently lives there.
