Apollo MedFlight

Jeremy Stout, FP-C, Education Manager at Apollo MedFlight, is a paramedic with 12+ years’ experience and a flight clinician since 2019. He leads clinician education, simulation, and competency development with a QA-first approach: mining chart reviews, incident trends, and performance metrics to identify gaps, design targeted training, and measure practice change. Jeremy teaches advanced airway and ventilator strategies, RSI readiness, and transport-critical care, translating real QA findings into repeatable bedside habits. He partners with operations to close the loop—updating protocols, refining checklists, and tracking outcomes to ensure improvements stick. Known for clear, practical teaching and data-informed coaching, he champions high-reliability, patient-centered care across the program. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of five.
