Ryan Gentilcore serves as Senior Lead Faculty for the Handtevy, leading training and implementation efforts across the US and expanding globally. His work with EMS and hospital systems worldwide helps transform pediatric emergency care through evidence-based resuscitation practices that improve outcomes for critically ill children.

Captain Gentilcore proudly serves Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue and has been in the fire service for over 20 years. As a firefighter, paramedic, and officer, he brings decades of frontline experience, leadership, and clinical expertise to his department and the broader emergency response community. He is highly respected for his dedication to mentorship, operational excellence, and advancing EMS standards of care.
