Scott T. Egan, Assistant Chief, EMT-P - With over 34 years in fire service, including 27 years with Orange County Fire Rescue, Chief Egan holds certifications as a Firefighter, Fire Officer, Fire Instructor, EMT, and Paramedic. He currently serves as Assistant Chief of EMS Operations, overseeing training, quality assurance, and specialized EMS projects, such as Paramedic Development and the Pre-Hospital Whole Blood initiative. Chief Egan has also chaired the Orange County EMS Operations Committee and is the Vice Chairman of the Orange County EMS Advisory Council.
