Joe McCabe is a Firefighter and Paramedic employed by the City of Upper Arlington for 19 years. In addition, he has served as a Community Paramedic since 2017. In the role of CP he works directly with the more frail members of the community to meet the needs associated with aging at home including fall prevention modifications.
