Registration

    • Cancellation Policy

      Registrants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual without penalty by submitting a written request with the replacement attendee’s name and contact information no later than Wednesday, May 26, 2026. 

      In place of a refund, registrants may request a credit voucher for use toward a 2027 EMS World event. Credit voucher requests must be submitted in writing using this form no later than April 1, 2026. After this date, credit vouchers will not be issued. 

      Please note: Registration fees cannot be refunded once visa letters are issued. No name replacement is allowed after letters have been issued. 

      Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

    • Group Rates

      EMS World Live is pleased to offer group registration rates for the main conference for six or more people from the same organization. Groups of 6+ will receive a discount of $75/person. Please note, group discounts only apply to EMS World Live Full Conference passes and cannot be combined with any other discounts, including NAEMT or Military. This code is not applicable to FAST or All Access passes.

      To receive a group discount, please complete the following steps:

      1. Register the entire group at one time using the "Add Another Person" feature.

      2. Once everyone in the group has registered, continue to the Payment page and add discount code EMSGROUP to each registrant. The code will only work if a minimum of 6 people have been registered

    • Preconference Workshops

      Preconference workshops are priced individually and may be selected as add-ons to the main conference during the registration process. Please note, preconference workshops are only available to main conference attendees of EMS World Live and FAST26. Preconference Only passes are not available.

Onsite

    • Children

      Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be allowed at the conference, any presentations, on the show floor, or in the Exhibit Hall during installation or dismantling.

    • Code of Conduct

      HMP Global is committed to providing a professional, welcoming, safe, and respectful space during our in-person and online events, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, disability, and/or other personal characteristics. Our Attendees bear equal responsibility for creating a safe and welcoming environment for participants.
       
      Our Code of Conduct outlines what behavior is expected of Attendees and what behaviors will not be tolerated. All Attendees at any HMP Global in-person, online, or hybrid event or function are expected and required to abide by this Code.

    • Sessions

      Sessions are subject to change. 

      Seating is limited for all session rooms and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

      No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of EMS World Expo without prior written consent from HMP Global. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP Global is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a Press Pass and photo/recording permission from HMP Global. HMP Global reserves the right to any approved audio and/or video production of presentations at all HMP Global events. To request consent to record a presentation, please complete this form.

    • Special Meal Requests

      It is our pleasure to arrange special meals for attendees. We reserve the right to charge for all special requests. Requests must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the event to be accommodated. For more information, please contact us here.

Policies

    • Liability, Copyright, Acceptance, and Disclaimer

      EMS World Live plans to take photographs, video and/or audio recordings (collectively, “Media”) at EMS World Live events and reproduce them for use in promotional, educational, informational, advertising and/or commercial materials and communications. By participating in EMS World Live events, I grant EMS World Live the right to use my name, image, likeness, and voice (collectively, “Likeness”) found in any Media in any materials or communications. Such materials or communications include, but are not limited to, publications, websites, articles, brochures, books, magazines, newsletters, exhibits, videos, films, social media, advertisements, and training programs (collectively, “Materials”).

      I understand and agree that HMP Global and EMS World Live are and shall be the exclusive owner of all right title and interest, including any copyright, in the Media and Materials and that any and all postings are the property of the same. Postings may be displayed, distributed, or used by EMS World Live for any purpose. Furthermore, I acknowledge EMS World Live’s right to crop, splice, treat and edit any Media containing my Likeness and waive my right to be notified, inspect, improve or approve the finished product, now and in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me.

      I hereby grant an irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free right to HMP Global, EMS World Live, and their industry partners, sponsors and supporters to utilize, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and/or display any Media containing me or my Likeness in any Material. Subsequently, I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of said Media.

      I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless HMP Global, EMS World Live, and their agents, employees, affiliates and contractors, including, but not limited to, any firm publishing and/or distributing the Media and/or Materials containing my Likeness in whole or in part, form and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of said Media and/or Materials. This includes, but is not limited to, any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or the taking, processing, production, publication, distribution or use of said Media and/or Materials.

      Furthermore, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless HMP Global, EMS World Live and their industry partners, sponsors and supporters from any and all claims that I or any third party may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the use, utilization, adaptation, modification, reproduction, distribution, public performance or display of my Likeness used in the Media and/or Materials.

    • Health & Safety

      The health and safety of all visitors to our conferences remains our top priority. We remain current with local and venue health and safety guidelines and will adjust our approach as needed to ensure a safe environment for all conference participants.

    • Letter of Invitation

      EMS World Live is proud to welcome international participants for this educational activity. Recognizing that travel visas may be necessary and the application process is time-consuming, please be sure to allow enough time for the process. Click here for detailed information.

      A letter of invitation for participation may be provided, upon request, as part of the visa process. This invitation represents no intent by EMS World Expo to provide financial support, nor does it serve as a guarantee in any respect to the visa application process.
