The East Coast Symposium agenda offers 20+ sessions delivered by 30+ expert faculty representing leading treatment centers, academic institutions, mental health systems, and recovery organizations.
The program covers essential and emerging topics including trauma and dissociation, harm reduction, ethics, cannabis and clinical risk, GLP-1s, adolescent engagement, recovery capital, body image, anger management, seniors and substance use, nutritional psychiatry, TBI and addiction interplay, and co-occurring disorders.
Faculty will guide attendees through practical, evidence-based frameworks grounded in motivational interviewing, contingency management, trauma-informed practice, ethical decision-making, resilience-building, and strengths-based treatment planning.
